Is it possible to assign shifts based on the roster?

Yes, You can assign shift according to the roster:
Login to Web Dashboard and go to Shifts > Schedule Shift

Based on the roster,
You can filter staff -> Download the sheet, schedule it and upload
You can view the shift schedule in “View Shift Schedule” under Shifts section on Web Dashboard.
